I’m a technology leader who brings a hands-on approach to building and operating technology solutions. My career spans a diverse range of industries, healthcare, telecommunications, banking, federal and local government, and capital construction.

My deep specialty is enterprise infrastructure, data center builds, decommissions, and migrations; MDF/IDF and technology room buildouts; cloud transformations; and multi-site network modernization. I’ve led programs ranging from $10 million to over $1 billion in scope, partnering with Fortune 100 organizations, major transportation hubs, and government agencies to deliver real results.

Whether I’m applying Agile, Waterfall, or an iterative hybrid approach, I focus on what actually moves the needle, bringing structure to complexity, aligning cross-functional teams, and delivering programs that support real-world operations.

I’m also passionate about the responsible integration of AI and emerging technology into our enterprise environments.  Through my studies at the London School of Economics and Political Science on AI ethics, global governance frameworks, and responsible technology adoption, I’ve come to believe that technology works best when we keep the focus on the real benefits it brings to individuals and communities it serves.
